Children are admitted in the Lower Nursery only. The age requirements in three plus. An original document in support of the date of birth form the records of municipality, Hospital or a Baptismal certificate must be producted by the parents at the time of admission in the school.
Admission in all the other classes are subject to availability of seats and may be considered in expeptional circumstance if the child is comming from a recognised English medium school.
A students joining the school or Hostel for first time must produce a satisfactory evidence of the date of birth such as an extract from the Municipal or Village or Hospital records or Bastismal certificates. Three plus is the age of admission to Nursery. A Corresponding scale of age is fixed for the subsequest classes.
The school admits from Nursery to class VIII and also High school of intermediate Hostel also only after the child has been duly tested and found fit for the class applied for strictly on the basis of merit only. Each year dates for admission tests are announced for the limited number of seats.
A full month's notice in writing must be given before the withdrawal of pupil from the school. Those who leave in April will be required to pay the fees for May and June as wall. Transfer certificate will be issued only after all the dues are cleared. A fee of Rs. 200.00 will be charged for a Transfer certificate. In case of readmission after withdrawal, the admission fee will be recharged.
