1:- it communications made by the parents/guardians should be addressed to the principal the child's full and correct name class and section must be mentioned clearly in every correspondence.

2:- Parents/Guardians are requested to make sure that thier children's names classes with section are marked clearly on text books, stationery tiffin box and water bottles unbrella and raincoat articles of uniform particularly blazers sweeters, school belt and tie caps, mufflers glovers and hankies.

3:- When sending tiffin or any other articles for a child during school hours. the parent is requested to send a note with the messenger mentioning the name of the child and the class with section.

4:- Parents are advised to go through the pages of the prospectus and home work diarly to acquaint them selves with the rules and regulation in complying with them.

5:- Parent are expected to check the child's diary regularly to make sure that lessons are prepared and home work if any are completed according to the teaher's instruction. any notes or remarks sent by the principal or teachers's throught the school diary must be acknowledge by the parents.

6:- when parents choose to send their children to an english medium shcool. it should be their joint endeavour with the school to encourage children to gain proficiency in the language. during shcool hours all are expected to speak in english only.

7:- Parents/ guardians are welcome to consult the principle in her office when ever the find it nessessary during office hours from 10:00 to 11:00 A.M positive & construcrive suggestions in blank & white for betterment of the institute will always be apprecicated.

8:- Parents are requested to enforce regularity and discipline.

9:- As soons as possible children should be sent to school with escorts. parents must make well aware their wards never to leave the school gates till their escorts come for them. children who come unesorted must be stirictly in structed by the parents to return home promptly after school and not to stop with friends or relatives on the way.

10:- Children from class V upwards are allowed to come by bicycles. students using mopeds scooter and moter cycles must produce their vehicle registration documents and driving licence to the school autority and must be of eligible age as per vehicle acts.

11:- There is a facility of seasonal fruit which is provided to the children inside the school however it is advisable for parents to provide their children with tiffin and water bottle.

12:- Parents/guardian are expected to attend parent teachers meeting wherever they are held.

13:- Parents are requested not to visit classes to meet the students or their teachers's during scholl hours. prior permission of the principal must be obtained in exceptional cases.

14:- The scholl does not approve of the practice of private tution from the school teachers. however in exceptional cases private tution may be arranged with the knowledge and permission of the principal.

15:- it is davisable not be entrust small children or rickshaw pullers with pavment of school fees.
